What Memmoth is
Memmoth is a personal productivity tool that helps you capture, organise, and remember information from your conversations and meetings. It is not a medical device, a legal service, or a substitute for professional advice of any kind.
Your responsibilities
Recording consent: You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding recording conversations. Many jurisdictions require all parties to consent to being recorded. You must not use Memmoth to record conversations without appropriate consent.
Accurate information: The AI extraction is a tool to assist your memory — it may make errors. You are responsible for reviewing extracted information for accuracy before relying on it.
Appropriate use: You must not use Memmoth to store information obtained illegally, to harass or surveil individuals, or in any way that violates applicable law.
Our responsibilities
We will maintain the service with reasonable care and skill. We will protect your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We will give you 30 days notice before any material changes to pricing or terms.

Memmoth uses AI to extract and summarise information. AI can make mistakes. We make no warranty that extracted facts, summaries, or action items are accurate or complete. Always verify important information from the original source.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Memmoth's liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
